Basal Cell Skin Cancer, the second time around!
A new basal cell cancer has grown back on the scar where the first one was extensively cut out the first time in October of 2024. The dermatologist told me then the next step would be to cut out more area which would require plastic surgery, and radiation treatment if it came back. He was honest at the first surgery that he did not get clean edges! This means that they did not remove all the cancer cells. It has gotten worse over the past 4 months.
In my case , the slice and dise surgery spread the basal cells. This time I made the decision to treat it holistically with Fen Ben paste, called Safeguard, that you buy at the feed store. I had tried two or three other things on it such as Frankincense already at this point. They helped but not enough.
My basal cell cancers were both painful and affected my whole left side.
The basal cell hurt because it was lying along side of my inner right shoulder blade and was growing into the nerves. The pain radiated around the basal cell cancer for around 4 inches and down the left side. I could not sleep well no matter how I tried. This is the point; I decided to change the treatment plan. After researching Fen Ben by different sources, I began treatment three weeks ago. It was not a large basal on the surface, only about the size of a pushpin, but its effects showed that it was into the surrounding nerves.
Basal Cell Cancers aren’t supposed to hurt, but both of mine did. How it felt at the start of this treatment? In my case, it was easy to tell if a treatment was effective.
When my husband first started putting the FenBen paste on my shoulder blade, that area was extremely sensitive, I could hardly stand for him to touch it and the two red spots hurt when pressed like there was a nail inside. I sleep on my back which hurts, and sleeping on my side hurts as well. At that point, I was not getting much sleep and this was a real issue. The pain was constant during the day as well making me irritable and cranky. I just couldn’t concentrate! It made itself known.
How are we treating the Basal Cell Cancer?
We have been rubbing in the FENBEN paste into the whole scar area of about 4 inches and around the scar area as well out about 4 inches. Basal cells spread underneath the skin layer like an octopus with tentacles. What you see on the surface is not all of the cancer by far. I have been taking 24 milligrams of Ivermectin and 444mg of Fen Ben in tablet form with a large meal as well. I have felt like there is more cancer, that is not showing itself at this point. The first one was ignored by doctors for 4 years so had a lot of time to spread. That is why the 4 by 4-inch surgery did not remove all of the cancer. I knew the first one had spread before he did the surgery. I could feel its effects, and I was right. He admitted he was wrong after the surgery was a failure.
It angered me, he discounted that the basal cell affects could be felt all through my right side. The surgery made that discomfort much worse because he cut nerves when he cut out the cancer. He had to keep cutting more flesh out when it was supposed to be a 5 min surgery.

What Effects have I experienced at 3 weeks?
I am excited to say the pain is gone, the sensitivity is gone, the two small cancers have nearly disappeared, no itching, no shoulder pain aching or pain and that is a huge deal. I will keep using it until the spots go away completely. I had no idea on what its effect might be but I am so happy. I also feel better overall and the arthritis in my hands has improved which I didn’t expect! My Lyme symptoms seem to be better such as balance issues. I am still treating us for Lyme but have been for over 7 years. I will continue to take it 5 days on and 2 days off plus milk thistle, Essiac, and my other supplements FenBen paste is the only thing that has really worked on my basal cell cancer. I have use Perrins, Frankincense, and other essential oils on it during the past 4 months. I will keep you posted!
