Why haven't we been using Moringa recently, and why was that a serious mistake?
Sometimes we miss trying the simplest solution to a problem. Even with experience, we at times underestimate the value of a simple food like Moringa.
10 years ago, we lived in California, and began a business called Moringa and Healing Herbs. We sold Moringa trees, moringa powder, and several products. We had no real health problems at that point. We then moved to Tennessee, and we discontinued the business because the trees could not be grown there easily.
This was before ending up with Lyme disease from living in TN. We got away from using Moringa. I felt other herbs were more important in the fight against our Lyme disease. Moringa is not included in Lyme protocols. My husband got sick with Rocky Mountain spotted fever there as well, and this is when his white blood cell problem began. Fatigue has been one of the hallmark problems with him.
Fatigue comes with almost every health challenge, whether it be the main symptom or part of it. Fatigue can disable your ability to take care of yourself, your children, and to work. I know thousands of people are struggling to get through the day.
I have tried several adaptogenic herbs on my husband, which have been only somewhat effective. I was not happy with the lukewarm results.
The other day, I ran across a new article on Morniga and its benefits for energy. I thought to myself, we have not taken Moringa much since we shut down our business 10 years ago. I just thought that it wasn’t strong enough in our health situation with Lyme and his CLL. I had Moringa, but wasn’t using it. I screwed up. I greatly misjudged its ability to be a tool in his fight with CLL.
So I started him on Moringa a few days ago at two tsps in grape juice, first thing in the morning and again in the afternoon. I didn’t expect much but it was worth the experiment. I took it along with him.
Moringa has significantly improved our energy in a week.
